About Me

Principal Executive Advisor to C-Suite and Leadership Teams | Strategy and Execution Governance

 

 

I am an executive advisor with more than 30 years of international, multi-industry leadership experience, supporting CEOs and executive teams in strategy, operating model design, leadership alignment, and execution governance.


My work focuses on helping leaders translate strategic intent into clear priorities, disciplined decision-making, and sustained organizational performance. I operate at C-suite level, where accountability is enterprise-wide, and the consequences of misalignment, noise, or weak execution are real.


I have led and advised organizations across 26+ countries, working directly with executive teams through periods of growth, transformation, complexity, and structural change. My background spans strategy, operations, supply chain, procurement, and performance management, treated not as isolated functions but as integrated levers of enterprise value.


In parallel, I am the author of the CXO Series, a body of work that defines a coherent leadership and execution doctrine for modern executives. My advisory engagements apply these principles directly, in real leadership contexts, with discretion and rigor.


I work selectively, directly, and confidentially with leaders who carry enterprise accountability and expect clarity, structure, and judgment at their level.
